HANOI DRAGONS Training, Match, Set Up
The HANOI DRAGONS Football Club will facilitate the weekly set up.
Training commences twice a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays at the HANOI DRAGONS Football pitch (at the corner of Xuan Dieu and Dang Thai Mai street), as per training schedule, or as advised by the head coach of each age group respectively.
Coaches will be available 10 min before the start of training.
Standard training term is 90 minutes.
Set-up will be provided by the HANOI DRAGONS Football Club including:
· Training materials and supports
· Setting up and ensuring there is plenty of water on the fields throughout the training.
· Assisting with any coaching or refereeing duties as required.
· Guiding players by cleaning up litter and storing all equipment at the end of each session.
HANOI DRAGONS Attendance
Coaches/supporting parents will keep an attendance list, which will require updating as children may drop-out and waitlisted children move up.
Players are required to report for training and matches ahead of time - as directed by their coach.
NO SHOW must be announced ahead of time to the coaches. NOW SHOW without any prior information to the coaches is disrespectful against the coaches, the team mates and the supporting parents !
HANOI DRAGONS Dress Code
HANOI DRAGONS Football Club players, coaches and supporting parents are provided with a HANOI DRAGONS Football Club shirt. Players must wear them for matches and parents are encouraged to wear theirs to show their support.
Weather
We play, rain or shine. But if there is lightening, we remove the children from the fields immediately.
HANOI DRAGONS Behavior Policy – Code of Conduct
The HANOI DRAGONS Football Club is designed for all to have fun, learn skills, to respect each other and act responsibly. Inappropriate language and aggressive behavior will not be accepted. Players will play only in the fields at their age group they are registered in. Players must respect the decisions made by coaches, referees and supervising adults based on the principle – the coach/referee rules – without any discussion or negotiation.
Procedures for behavior and anger management are age appropriate and players/coaches/parents shall be aware, respect and adhere of the HANOI DRAGONS Football Club Policies.
HANOI DRAGONS Football Club parents will be contacted, when necessary, by the respective team head coach after the following steps where taken :

- 2 times verbal warning by coach,
- 3rd time will result in sitting out for a defined period or the rest of training,
- persistent misbehavior could result in a notice to parents, or suspension from the club.
What to do in case of Injuries?
- Firstly, make sure that the child is not moved, but is comfortable and able to breathe normally.
- Immediately call Hanoi Family Practice (+84 4 3843 0748) or SOS International Clinic (+84 4 3934 0666).
- Ring the parent if the child needs to be picked up or needs further medical care (Address list is available with each team coach.)
